Unplug with Castle Milk Stout!

Castle Milk Stout Unplugged enabled music lovers to pause from their busy lives, unwind and enjoy an unforgettable musical fantasy in Pretoria’s Capitol Theatre.

Guests, media and celebrities were treated to the rich and full-flavoured vocal stylings of some of their favourite stars, such as the powerhouse MiCasa, the beautiful Zonke, hip hop’s hottest rapper AKA and singer, poet, producer extraordinaire, Kabomo.

Performers such as these, make a Castle Milk Stout Unplugged Session a one-of-a-kind musical tapestry, that is decorated with artists who possess a true musical talent.

As music director Sipho Hlongwane puts it, “our approach to ‘Unplugged’ is around presenting an intimate show where the musical arrangements are simplified and changed. It’s about having artists put their own twist on a well known song.”

The Castle Milk Stout Unplugged Sessions have proven to be a musical wonderland; filled with up-close-and-personal, live performances, delicious beer and an exquisite food-pairing experience.
